Click one of the links below, then Right click on it and select Save Image As. Do NOT choose Set As Wallpaper Background, because it will not be saved to your computer yet - and then your computer has to access the internet every time it wants to show it. Again, select Save Image As, and then save the file to a location on your computer that you will remember - usually people choose My Docs - My Pictures.
Then, right click on your desktop (not on an icon) and choose Personalize or Properties (depending on what version of Windows you have). Click the Browse button, then click you way to the location you saved the image in. Click on the image name, then Open. Make sure you have selected the Stretch option, then click Apply. These files are all 1024 x 768, so they will work for almost every monitor.
